"Quicker than I thought"
I ordered some flyers and wasn’t sure if they’d arrive in time, but they turned up quicker than I expected. I kept getting dispatch updates, although I did wonder if the delivery time might slip, but it was bang on. No hassle or messing about, which was exactly what I needed. I’d definitely consider using Tradeprint again for fast printing.

"Problem fixed surprisingly fast"
Had a little issue with my order, because apparently even simple orders like to keep things interesting. Support got on it quickly, kept me in the loop the whole time, and had it sorted before I could properly start worrying. Really happy with how they handled it.

"Uploading my artwork was way more stressful than expected"
I tried uploading my artwork and it kept throwing errors without really explaining what the problem was. As far as I could tell, the file size was fine, so I had no idea what I was supposed to fix. I ended up re-saving the file a few different times and starting over, which turned into a lot more stress than I expected for something that should’ve been simple. I did finally get it uploaded, but the whole process was frustrating and not smooth at all.

"Got it right even though I felt rushed"
I was feeling a bit pressured when I placed the order, so I was worried I might’ve messed something up. But everything came exactly how I asked for it, and there weren’t any issues. Relieved it all worked out.

"Had a good feeling throughout"
I was really pleased with how Tradeprint kept me updated on my order. From the start, it just felt like everything was moving along properly, which is always reassuring.
I got emails at each stage, so I never had that awkward feeling of wondering whether I should chase them. The tracking was clear, and I could tell when it had been printed and sent out.
It’s only a simple thing, but you can sort of sense when a company has its process sorted. I had a good feeling about the whole experience and would happily use them again

"Packaging was seriously solid"
It arrived packed so well I’m sure it could’ve survived a small earthquake. Everything was secure and in great shape.

"Easy site to use"
I found the site really easy to get around and was able to find what I needed quickly. If you’re new to it, I’d say just take a quick look through the sections first, it’s straightforward and doesn’t take long to figure out

"Print looked a bit dull"
The print came out kind of dull overall. The colours seemed a little washed out, and the text wasn’t quite as sharp as I was expecting.

"Really helpful customer service"

"Price felt a bit high for what I got"
I was expecting a little more for the money. The prints weren’t terrible or anything, just average, and once delivery was added on, it felt more expensive than it should’ve been. The finish was fine, but compared with some cheaper places I’ve used before, it didn’t really feel like... Maybe it would be worth it with a decent discount, but at the regular price I wouldn’t say it’s great value. I’d probably only order again if the quote came in a lot lower...

I felt a little trapped at first with how much there was to choose from, but it ended up being easy to find everything I needed
