I paid extra to have the files checked before the bookmarks were printed. I seemed to get an automated reply requesting a 3mm white border for bleed which I complied with. However once the order was received the border was clearly not necessary and the product was not as striking at it could have been without the border. However the quality, speed and over all service other than that was good. I'd used them again but next time trust my own judgement on the files and not pay extra to have them needlessly changed.

I know the backoffice teams don't get the praise they deserve, especially dealing with numpties like me.

What a big difference from the last time I ordered flyers. From upload of artwork to delivery everything was seamless. No need for emails to sort any problems. Very happy, keep it up.

Printing great deliveries by ETSI not

Been using Tradeprint for a few years now and in that time very few problems with the print. The only problems I seem to have are with the carriers they use DPD, they bring half of the job on one van then the rest follows later on another van, boxes broken etc.
Tradeprint great, delivery not always.

Great product really pleased with the final item, staff were helpful when we had an issue with one of the files. The only thing that let the service down and why we four stars is that it was a nightmare trying to track the delivery. None of the tracking links worked and you are not given the physical tracking number unless you call. delivery kept being delayed by the courier.
